Europe is fragmented into small states, villages, hamlets, and supposed metropolises. In this omnipresent intellectual province, base instincts reign supreme. People, zoomorphs, and zombies of all classes and origins are united only by their love of eating, drinking, dancing, fighting, and buying cheap crap. But in the Golden Quarter of the rural metropolis of Moskowia, ruined by speculators, deep underground, where the embassies of various small states harmoniously share residential and office space, order, discipline, art, and a thirst for knowledge reign supreme. Or do they? What remains is the realization: “...be the architect of your own happiness. Sleep when you feel like it. Bow only to the sun. Only stroke what has fur. Talk only to the birds in the forest. What more does a person need?”
